On-Site Service
Most service issues can be addressed without ever taking the printer out of your office. Our On-Site Service is the best approach to getting your mission-critical hardware back to work with minimal disruption to your office. Within our service delivery area there are no travel charges, per-hour charges, or additional charges if a return visit is required – just a flat rate of $69 per incident.
Walk-In Service
Our service center at 208 S. Main Street, Suite 10 in Moscow is open from 8 am to 5 pm, M-F. We are located across the street from Cactus Computer and Internet, and are glad to help load/unload heavy or bulky items — just ask! For most printers, our $30 minimum covers all labor for the repair of your printer–and we will fax or email an estimate of any additional charges before service is performed. This is the least expensive option for models that can be carried in and left with us.

Call (208) 882-0193 or use the contact form on this page to schedule an on-site visit. To solve your printing problems, a clear report of the service issue will make for a speedier recovery. Here are a few things to observe:
- Any message or light pattern on the printer display, and any error message on your computer display.
- Type of print job, e.g. PDF, form, etc., software application in use, e.g. Excel, and operating system in use, e.g. Windows Vista.
- Description of print quality or paper movement issues.
- Recent hardware/software upgrades.
- Unusual noises or smells coming from the printer.
