Our Beginnings
In 1990 laser printers were just beginning to make their way into offices on the Palouse and in the Valley area. Terry & Linda Morin originally founded Printer Pro Inc. as a local remanufacturer of toner cartridges for the growing market of desktop printers, copiers and fax machines. And as the market has grown, Printer Pro Inc. has become a full-service imaging technology company. We are an HP Business Partner and Authorized Dealer, offering repair service and equipment sales for HP Printing & Imaging products, while remaining a leading provider of both OEM and remanufactured compatible supplies for all makes/models of imaging equipment.

We deeply appreciate the now decades-old relationships with the office personnel and leadership of the business, education, nonprofit, and government communities here on the Palouse and Valley, and believe that the strength of those ties is due in part to the three values which have shaped Printer Pro Inc. from it’s earliest days.

We guarantee everything we sell and the services we provide. If you are ever unhappy with one of our products or services, we will do whatever is necessary to satisfy your expectations, from providing replacements to refunding your purchase price.
