Service

  • What equipment do you service? We service printers, multifunctions and fax machines manufactured by HP and Lexmark.
  • What do you charge for a service call? A flat rate of $69 for a single printer in the Moscow/Pullman area; no hourly charges, and no charges for a return visit for the same issue.
  • Can I bring my printer to you? Yes, we have walk-up service available. For $30 we will evaluate your machine, take care of minor issues, and give you an estimate if major repairs are in order.
  • What’s your service area? We make service calls to the following: Asotin, Clarkston, Colfax, Genesee, Lewiston, Moscow, Pullman, and Troy.

Ink and Toner

  • What printer supplies do you carry? We stock or source supplies for all kinds of printers, multifunctions, copiers, fax machines, and postage meters. If it’s in use on the planet, we can probably get you the ink, toner, ribbon or other supply.
  • Do you deliver? We deliver, free of charge, to places of business in our service area.
  • What are “compatible” products? Compatibles are new or remanufactured supplies produced by someone other than the original equipment manufacturer. For example, we produce a wide range of remanufactured compatible cartridges for HP printers.
  • Are your products guaranteed? Our products have always come with an unconditional guarantee. You have our “no hassle” promise to replace the product or refund your purchase price if you are not satisfied.
  • I don’t see your product catalog. Our product catalog is visible once you’ve registered and logged-in. If you would like a quote on a specific item or items, use this Supplies Quote.

Hardware

  • What brands do you carry? We are Authorized Resellers for Hewlett-Packard and Lexmark.
  • Would you buy my used printers? Sorry, we don’t, but if the machines are in working condition, you may want to donate them to a favorite school, charity or other nonprofit organization.

Purchases and Payment

  • What forms of payment do you accept? We accept cash, checks, PayPal, major credit cards and corporate purchasing cards.
  • Do you take purchase orders? Subject to approval, yes we do. Current customers may either pay at checkout or use the NET 30 checkout option and pay later according to their NET 30 payment terms.
  • Why do you require registration to make online purchases? It’s our way of ensuring that you are in our service/delivery area.
  • Do you take returns? Yes, we do. You’ll find a full explanation here regarding returns, warranties, and payment terms.
  • Do you charge sales tax? Unless you are an Idaho sales-tax-exempt entity we apply sales tax at checkout. University of Idaho customers with the 83844 zip code are automatically tax exempt regardless of checkout option. If you are a non-UI sales-tax-exempt entity, please use the NET 30 checkout option, and fax a copy of your Idaho sales-tax-exemption certificate to us at (208) 882-0474.
