On-Site Service

Most service issues can be addressed without ever taking the printer out of your office. Our On-Site Service is the best approach to getting your mission-critical hardware back to work with minimal disruption to your office. Within our service delivery area there are no travel charges, per-hour charges, or additional charges if a return visit is required – just a flat rate of $69 per incident in the Moscow/Pullman area. Walk-In Service

Our service center is at 208 S. Main Street, Suite 5 in downtown Moscow. We are located across the street from Cactus Computer and Internet, and are glad to help load/unload heavy or bulky items — just ask! Before you come in please contact us and give us some information about your machine. For most printers, our $30 minimum covers all labor for the repair of your printer–and we will call, fax or email an estimate of any additional charges before service is performed.

Troubleshooting Guide

To solve your printing problems, a clear report of the service issue will make for a speedier recovery. Here are a few things to observe:

  • Any message or light pattern on the printer display, and any error message on your computer display.
  • Type of print job, e.g. PDF, form, etc., software application in use, e.g. Excel, and operating system in use, e.g. Windows Vista.
  • Description of print quality or paper movement issues.
  • Recent hardware/software upgrades.
  • Unusual noises or smells coming from the printer.
